Key Production (London) Ltd Acquires Disc Solutions Ltd
Key Production (London) Ltd has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Disc Solutions Ltd, music manufacturer. Disc Solutions Ltd provides manufacturing solutions for music & media products and services, specializing in Vinyl Pressing. The agreement combines the strengths of Key Production (London) Ltd and Disc Solutions Ltd, by leveraging Key Production's twenty-nine years’ experience in the music manufacturing business and Disc Solutions' attentive approach to deliver at high standards with an exceptional service to customers.
The alliance will take effect immediately and will not affect the day to day running of either business nor lead to redundancies. Disc Solutions Ltd will be integrated into the existing Key Production (London) Ltd operations and operate from the Key Production office based at Unit 41, Tileyard Studios, N7 9AH, (London), under the Key Production (London) Ltd name.
