Key Production is a leading manufacturing services company offering end to end manufacturing solutions in vinyl, CD, DVD, print and packaging. They have been working with major and independent record labels, as well as individual artists, in music, media and corporate sectors since 1990.

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Head Office based in Tyleyard Studios (Kings Cross), reporting to the Office Manager. You will encompass a combination of tasks, from handling reception duties to supporting a number of projects and ad-hoc duties for the Office Manager. If you are an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main point of contact on Reception for the company to all visitors, deliveries, phone calls and other incoming enquiries
  • Arranging couriers for teams
  • Supporting staff with travel arrangements for meetings and events
  • Managing and coordinating the booking of meeting rooms for teams
  • Providing backup cover for the IT Manager during absence
  • Assisting Office Manager with ad-hoc duties and projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • This role would suit a first or second jobber
  • Previous office experience preferable
  • IT savvy essential
  • Personable with a can-do attitude
  • Passion for Music
  • Excellent verbal and written English
