The Apprentice will report to the Digital Marketing Manager in the Sales and Marketing team.

Duties not limited to but to include the following across the whole group:

Content Management (Blogs, 3 blog posts weekly)

Producing content and managing all activities necessary to deliver it according to schedule.

Content data analysis.

Social Media Content + Community Management (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Producing content and managing all activities necessary to deliver it according to schedule.

Social Media data analysis.

Researching/testing new social media trends and technological developments.

Live Event Reporting on social media

Live reporting through social media of events.

Impact analysis.

Collecting Information for sales presentation (when necessary)  

Help sales staff to identify the right content for a presentation based on client brief.

Other responsibilities

• Updating key business accounts over a cross-section of social platforms. (mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Write copy for our blogs applying SEO best practices.

• Write Case Studies.

• Gathering info from other members of the team in order to write blogs and case studies.

• To ensure all social profiles are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant. (This also includes using the social media tools)

• Analysing and reporting social media activities on a monthly basis.

• Monthly Newsletter. • Live social media coverage of events, gigs, panels, conferences when necessary.

• Various admin tasks to support regular sales & marketing activities (example: gather images for sales presentations)

Working Week

Monday to Friday. Flexible hours (9am to 5pm, 9:30am to 5:30pm or 10am to 6pm).

Skills required

• Demonstrable Writing Skills • Social Media Savvy • Deadline driven and motivated self-starter • Can Work Independently and on a Team • Can work on multiple projects at the same time • Time Management • Microsoft Office

Preferred but not required:

• Familiarity with G Suite
